Your privacy choices

Face template

When you agree, a numerical representation of your face is saved, encrypted, against your own account and used only to compare with your later face checks. It is not a photo and cannot be viewed as one. We keep it for 30 days, then ask you to scan again.

Camera images

Images from your camera are sent once, over a secure connection, to make the decision. This page does not ask to keep a recording, so none is stored.

Your choices

You can stop before anything is submitted. You can withdraw your agreement and delete your template any time from your account page.

Your face check

Allow camera access when you are ready. Then one small turn:

Frame your face in the oval.
Hold still (about 3 seconds).
Turn slowly the way the arrow shows: left or right, chosen each time.
Hold until the tick.
Relax while we check.

Keep both eyes visible. The camera turns off after capture and you see the outcome with one next action. You can stop before submission. If the connection drops after submission, check the existing result before starting again.
